Often these fraudulent scams attempt to convince you to provide your social security number, banking or credit card details, and make promises of credit or loans in exchange for your payment of “advance fees,” “upfront fees,” or “insurance payments.” Never reply to any e-mail purporting to be from E-Loan, Inc. that requests your sensitive personal information (bank account numbers, PINs or passwords, social security number, credit card information, etc.).
E-Loan, Inc. will never request or solicit such personal information over email. Also, never provide any sensitive personal information (bank account numbers, PINs or passwords, social security number, credit card information, etc.) to anyone calling you over the phone purporting to be from E-Loan, Inc. E-Loan, Inc. will never call you to solicit or request such information over the phone.
